INCLUSION

Giving those who may otherwise be excluded or marginalized—such as those with physical or mental disabilities and members of minority groups—equal access to opportunities and resources is the practice of inclusion. It is essential to a just society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive in both their personal and professional life and where diversity is valued and differences are celebrated.
